Mother Demdyke is a 16 foot Orkney Longliner. She was commissioned in the mid 1970’s to serve as a committee boat for Elton Sailing Club and has been at the club since being commissioned.
She would make an ideal fishing boat or maybe as a club tender to take crews out to moorings.
She was converted to use an inboard Yanmar 2GM20 diesel in the mid 1990’s and has served the club as a stable start line platform in all weathers diligently since then.
