Andrometa is a very much admired and desirable Yacht with a good reputation for sailing and seaworthy qualities.
When I purchased Andrometa in January 2025 I had a full pre purchase survey carried out which shows Andrometa to be in excellent condition. A full copy of this survey will be given to the new owner, along with all bills of sale from previous owners right up to when I bought her.
The reluctant sale of Andrometa is due to my advancing age and difficulty in handling sails due to Arthritis so I've decided to make things easier for myself and I'm going to buy a motor Yacht.
Andrometa had new Standing Rigging in 2022, I have the invoice to confirm this.
She has a Perkins perama 34HP diesel engine coupled through a gearbox to a shaft drive. I serviced the engine and gearbox on a regular basis, a she starts and runs superbly. I had 3 new heavy duty battery's installed in June 2025.
She has a bow thruster, with its own dedicated 12v battery,, and she has a solar panel which keeps all 4 batteries fully charged at all times.

She has a modern Raymarine chartplotter with a fish finder mounted on the binnacle, and also an Autopilot ST4000. Also she has a depth sounder + wind instrument's + GPS mounted in the cockpit above the companion way, down below on the nav desk there is a VHF.
The mainsail is in a Stack pack system with stacking lines and 3 reefing lines led back to the cockpit, the headsail is on a roller reefing system. She also has a cruising chute and a storm sail, all sails are in excellent condition.

She has diesel Cabin heating, and pressurised hot and cold water to both galley sinks and also to the heads sink and to the shower. The hot water system is heated either by the mains shore power or by the engine.
She has a 2 burner gas cooker with oven and grill which is only about 2 years old.
She has a plough anchor with an electric anchor winch with approximately 50 meters of chain. There's also a selection of new spare parts onboard such as new water impeller, new fan belt, ect.
She has a sprayhood, and a cockpit sun awning, and a binnacle cover, and cockpit cushions, also there's a set of hatch covers. There's a stainless steel boarding ladder on the sugar scoop stern and she has a shower hose on the stern. Also she has 2 calor gas bottles in the gas locker with new gas pipes and a new flexible gas pipe fitted to the cooker.
She has 6 berths in 3 cabins and has new carpets in the forward and after cabin. She has a top loading fridge with an ice box. We're both non smokers, and she has a radio & CD player. She has a holding tank.
She has 2 bilge pumps, 1 manual and 1 electric. There's an horse shoe life bouy. And she has an emergency tiller. There's an LPG detector + a carbon monoxide detector. The life raft is included but will need to be serviced.
There is a good assortment of fenders and mooring lines and is berthed in Lancashire.
