Navy blue steel hull. Brand New canopies at both Stern and Bow giving that extra room for entertaining and insulation for winter months.
I Bought it to start a new life in the countryside , I have this now and work away all over so its a shame to leave her empty at Galgate Marina.
There has been less that 25 hours of cruising since I've owned it. The 2 previous owners also rarely took her out. They both still reside at Garstang marina where I bought it from.
All 3 owners have looked after her impeccably well.
The fit out in my opinion is one of the best I've seen with the lounge at the bow rather than in the middle. The stove is central giving evenly distributed heat.
Also the stove is bubble diesel stove which as a female living alone was much easier to manage i.e. no collecting , storing and chopping wood. No mess and No keep getting up to put on another log! It also works in conjunction with the central heating which is handy especially when cruising it provides scorching hot showers which I appreciated.
The windows are stainless steel double glazed , the previous owners just had them installed so that would have been 2019 , they still look brand new.
There are 2 leather double sofas in the lounge and plenty room to walk around.
There is a lovely seating area in the bow / cratch with a fold down table - i have just re-painted greenish grey - just need to update picture.
There is a 240v fridge and freezer and a washing machine all in great working order.
The bathroom has a shower complete with 2 heads and a miniature bath tub complete with a seat. Spare Toilet Cassette in Engine Bay.
The bedroom has a double bed with 3 deep drawers at the end and the under mattress there is a panel that lifts into further storage.
Oven and hob are gas for when cruising off grid and also take the nip off off when you come home on winter nights.
Ignition works first time on , hobs, grill and oven.
There are 2 No full 13kg Gas Bottles under the cover at the stern.
There is a large integrated wardrobe with 3 doors complete with rails and shelves to maximise storage.
The is a cloakroom door with room for hoover and mop and obvs coats. I will leave hoover and mop if you wish.
There is a utility room for shoes, office space , boat operator cupboard and mini bar if you entertaining.
This is where the washing machine is housed and I also have room for a microwave here.
The invertor was replaced 2023
The battery was replaced with a heavy duty truck battery in 2021 that will never go flat and doesn't require you to run the engine during cold spells.
Last blacked with 4 No coats of bitumen in may 2022.
BSS April 2022 lasts for 4 years. i used andrew crook from Garstang.
The engine is a lister 3 cylinder which my farming partner tells me is the best diesel engine. starts first time all the time, thats all I need to know.
It only has circa 60 DH due to all owners using for leisure time only in a marina.
The floors are tiled throughout apart from the lounge where it has a lovely deep pile quality carpet in neutral colours.
The curtains where also all new when I bought her in 2019 , they are fully lined top quality curtains in a neutral colour.
The internal hull is cladded with oak T&G , lovely cosy feel in winter.
The walls are clotted cream and kitchen units are the same.
The fridge is integrated.
I will leave the patio furniture in the stern if you so wish.
The canopy was made for my 6ft 4 fella so it has 7ft head room making it a lovely space for sitting and entertaining in.
I have a book where I have written notes on fuel usage, who built the boat , who owned the boat, the plumber , The fitter, the BSS guy and lots of others useful tips and contacts , places to visit etc etc.
There is also a box with all the manuals for the invertor, stove and other things to be left on the boat.
The boat has been polished and painted along the way and deep cleaned , including canopies so there should be nothing for you to do apart from enjoy her as I have for last 5 years. Hopefully you can have my mooring which in a prime spot in Galgate Marina next to the most wonderful people and now lifelong friends and not forgetting the wildlife , we have resident swans who nest beside us every year. There is also otters who reside and if you are lucky you might catch them bouncing between boats in the evening.
I will happily give an in depth induction of how things work and I will leave all bit and bobs that will assist with the workings. tools, books, mooring fixings etc etc.
