Liverpool boats hull with traditional fit out out by original owner.
Boat hasn't had much use over the past few years and would benefit from light restoration (paint flaking in areas).
Low engine hours, (aprox 110hrs) with service carried out around 5 engine hours a go.
Calorifer fitted along with central heating although the gas boiler has been disconnected due to failure to ignite.
New fridge fitted aprox 2 years a go but never used.
Cassette style toilet.
New carpets fitted last year. Led lights mostly fitted throughout.
Has shoreline hookup battery management installed.
Last blacked in May 2023 and BSS till 2/7/2028
