Designed by internationally renowned yacht designers, Rogers Yacht Design of Lymington, as a luxurious, three floor, multi-use, floating space. Built by Blondecell in 2004, Easy Life is now for sale on her leisure mooring at St Katherine Docks at Tower Bridge, London.

Easy Life is simply stunning and offers an incredible 1,200 square feet of living space over her three floors.

Stepping onboard from the rear swim deck, her spectacular, double height, “atrium” entrance accommodates a comfortable seating/reception space. From here, stairs lead below to the two double bedrooms (one of which is an enormous suite…more later) and a further flight of stairs leads to her simply amazing, super versatile, saloon/entertainment area on the first floor. With 360 degree views of the marina, the space can be configured in multiple ways, even as an office, and currently incorporates a desk/workspace to the right of the entrance, an 8 seater dinning table and a super luxurious, U shaped sofa which follows the contours of the boat's bow. It also features an enormous, curved bar with built in 5 ring electric hob, over-sized oven and grill, full size fridge and more than sufficient storage space. A separate sink, storage and work top unit is built into the starboard side behind the bar unit - ideal for professional caterers when hosting your next reception, event or party!

The party needn't end here as an open, spiral staircase leads up to the top floor, a sun deck/lounge area with even more epic views of historic St Katherine Docks with it's high end apartments, bars, cafes and restaurants. This out door space lends an almost super-yacht feel to Easy Life and the fitted seating cushions stow away easily into a concealed locker.

Easy Life's current owner has updated the boat in several areas and in 2026 her lower floor was refurbished including the creation of two sumptuous double bedrooms.

Stairs from the atrium reception area lead down to a corridor with further built in storage units and which then leads on to the sleeping quarters and the large bathroom with walk in shower. The second double bedroom is as spacious and comfortable as you would expect on board this boat. Moving further forward one enters a large, stylish and luxurious lounge area with curved screen television and acoustic panelling. This space actually forms part of the Owners Cabin's suite as behind the floor to ceiling tv unit is the master double bedroom with enormous amounts of storage.

On a practical note, Easy Life benefits from double glazing throughout, reversible air conditioning (Mitsubishi) throughout and her toilet waste system is plumbed directly into the marina waste infrastructure. Without an engine and with all her systems powered by electricity, her upkeep and maintenance costs were purposely designed to be as low as possible.
